The Institute for Immigration, Globalization, and Education (IGE) conducts multidisciplinary and comparative research engaging policymakers, practitioners, and institutional leaders. Our research serves to inform efforts to expand opportunities, reduce barriers, and improve the wellbeing of diverse, vulnerable, and marginalized students. This work is timely in the context of globalization, which is profoundly changing the developmental contexts, educational trajectories, and life courses of our children, adolescents, and young adults.
